Protocol Notes:
• Weeks 3–4: Improved circulation, reduced fatigue.
• Weeks 5–6: LDL reduction, HDL support.
• Weeks 7–8: Blood pressure stabilization (mild cases).
Optional:
• Reduce trans fats
• Moderate aerobic exercise
Special Notes:
• Niacin (even flush-free) may affect liver enzymes at high doses.
• Omega-3 can increase bleeding time slightly.
Instructions:
